Terms and Conditions
Congratulations! As a qualified participant, you are eligible for the opportunity to enjoy this incredible offer of four days and three nights at a Capital Vacations Resort for the low price of $59. The discounted package price is for up to four individuals. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90- to 120-minute Capital Vacations Club vacation ownership sales presentation and tour, there are no other obligations.
Participants must meet the qualifications below:
Group Travel
Capital Vacations is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances, or known groups traveling on the same, similar, and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others, this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. There are additional costs associated with group travel.
Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHECK IN UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified participants must bring with them to the presentation a major credit card bearing a Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover® logo. No debit cards or check cards permitted.
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. No company cards permitted.
Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance at a 90- to 120-minute Capital Vacations Club vacation ownership sales presentation and tour is required. No purchase necessary.
Must tour with spouse/fiancé/significant other/life partner/cohabitant.
No more than two qualified guests or couples traveling together may tour together.
Maryland residents are encouraged, but not required, to attend the sales presentation and tour.
Presentation and tour time requests are on a space-available basis at time of check-in.
Age
Both qualified participants must be over the age of 28.
Income
Qualified participants must be currently employed with a minimum annual household income of $50,000 USD.
There is no minimum income requirement for ages 65 and up or for participants who are fully retired.
Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read, and understand English, or have someone who can interpret for them.
Identification
The qualified participant must present a government-issued photo ID and valid personal major credit card at hotel registration AND tour reception desk.
Married couples must bring with them proof of such (government-issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
Marital Status
This offer is valid for married, retired, or cohabitating (with proof of same address) families.
Countries
This offer is for US citizens and Canadian citizens only. Canadian residents must present a passport at registration and tour reception.
Additional Fees & Charges
Transportation, incidentals, fees, and taxes are the participants’ responsibility.
Popular dates and major holidays may require additional upgrade fees ranging from $50 to $100 per night.
Additional Eligibility Requirements
- Travel must be booked at least 15 days in advance of the requested arrival date.
- Participants who have attended any other Capital Vacations Club presentation within the preceding six months of tour date (or the preceding 90 days for Capital Resorts Club members) are not eligible for this promotion.
- Qualified participants must have no active liens, judgments, foreclosure, or bankruptcy. Bankruptcy must have been discharged at least one year from travel date.
- Participants must reside at least 25 miles from the selected Capital Vacations destination (Myrtle Beach, SC, Orlando, FL, Fort Lauderdale, FL, or Branson, MO).
- This vacation package offer CANNOT be combined with any other vacation offers.
- Individuals who own real estate (including timeshare, fractional, or full ownership property interests) in any city in which a Capital Vacations Resort is located are not eligible.
Capital Vacations reserves the right to change these qualifications at any time without notice.
Rescheduling Policy
A confirmed reservation may be rescheduled once at no additional charge if the request is made at least 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date. A $50 rescheduling fee will be charged for any additional rescheduling requests.
Vacation package expires, and travel must be completed, within 12 months from the date of redemption of the vacation offer.
Failure to Show Policy
Failure to check in for scheduled reservation or complete presentation will result in forfeiture of vacation package purchase price. Furthermore, vacationers with reservations who fail to show up on their reservation date will be charged the full verifiable retail value for their accommodations together with an administrative fee of $35, which shall be charged to their debit or credit card (depending on the method of payment used for their package purchase), and will forfeit any prepaid deposits or fees.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Capital Vacations offers 12 months to select your travel dates, the most amount of flexibility possible. We offer a 30-day cancellation policy through which customers are able to request and receive 100% of their money back in full with no penalty or obligation. You may also cancel this vacation offer if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this vacation offer. If you decide to cancel, you must notify Capital Vacations in writing of your intent to cancel by sending notice to: Capital Vacations ATTN: Cancellations, at 2024 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 101, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577, or by calling (417) 891-4619. If no request has been made for a refund within 30 days of purchasing the offer, customers will no longer be eligible for a refund.
